For example, you can E-mail a question for a fellow worker, relative or minor child. In this case, we will collect the same information. We use return addresses to answer the e-mail we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

The Information We Collect By Fax:
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted to AAlicensing. Com website on all order pages faxed to us for the purpose of obtaining a Hunting license, Fishing license. The information collected at these pages is: Name, Parents Name, Credit Card Information, Birth Date, State & County of Birth, Telephone number, E-mail address, type of service(s) we are to perform for you, Copy of Picture Id, How you wish to pay, Address to which we are to ship the Hunting license, Fishing license, back to you, Whether that address is a business or residence. On these pages you can submit information about other people. For example, you can fax an order for a fellow worker, relative or minor child. In this case, we will collect the same information plus your name as the contact for the other person. We don't share this information with outside parties except with State, County, or Federal Agencies to the extent necessary to complete that order.

The Way We Use This Information Submitted by Fax:
We use this information to give your tracking number to your shipper to insure your package arrives in a timely manner. We use the information to tell us the services you want us to perform. We use the information to tell us how you want to pay us for the services we perform. We use this information to tell us the address to which we will ship your documents.

Our Commitment To Data Security:
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we don't take any orders over the Internet only e-mails. All information faxed into us or E-mailed is treated with the appropriate management procedures to safeguard and secure the information that we collect by fax or online.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For this reason, we collect only information about children's date of birth and full name, and we only accept this information from the parents, grandparents or legal guardians of the child. Only persons over 18 can apply for a Hunting license, Fishing license, so anyone under 18 must apply in the presence of their parents or legal guardians. This information is not collected online.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information:
None of the information collected through the e-mail links is maintained. You can access your maintained personally identifiable information that is faxed to us by calling us or notifying us in writing at our address or by faxing in a corrected order form. Your information that is faxed to us is maintained actively in our files only as long as we have your personal travel documents , International Driver Permits & Social Security Cards application) in our active files. Once we secure your documents and return them to you, we maintain only your name, address, amount of fees paid to us and scope of services provided. All other data is maintained for three years in a closed envelope containing all documents you sent us. However, none of the information collected through the e-mail links on our site is maintained and, therefore, is not available for access or correction.
